- DKK 115. Our breakfast includes coffee, tea or hot chocolate, orange juice, egg, bread, butter, croissant, Danish cheese, cold cuts, jam, marmalade, honey, muesli/cereals with yogurt or milk and fruit.
- Surcharge during Bank Holidays/Hede Rytmer festival/Riverboat Jazz festival/Ildefestregatta: DKK 150 per night.
- Between Christmas and New Year our rate is DKK. 1..500 per night for 2 persons excl. breakfast.
- If your bring your own travel cot along with you, your baby/toddler’s stay is free of charge. Otherwise, a travel cot can be provided upon request at an additional charge of DKK 150.
- PETS: One SMALL and well behaved dog is permitted with prior arrangement at an additional charge of DKK 150 per night.

Booking Terms & Conditions:
These Booking Terms apply to Bed & Breakfast The Old Chestnut Tree Silkeborg (We) and the person making the Booking or to whom We supply services in respect of the Booking ("You/Your").
Booking:
In order to guarantee your reservation, you should mail us a final booking confirmation. By making a booking, you are deemed to accept these Booking Terms.
Payment:
Your stay is due upon arrival.
All published rates include 25% VAT. Rates are per night. If you have selected supplements like for example breakfast, they will be added to the total price of the booking.
Cancellation/No-show:
We have a 48-hours cancellation policy. Any changes to your reservation must be done at the latest 3 calendar days prior to your arrival date.
You will be charged the total price of your stay, if you cancel your reservation within 72 hours before arrival. In an event of no show, the total cost of your stay will be billed.
Arrival and Departure:
Check-in time is agreed upon booking. The earliest time for check-in is 2:30 pm and the latest check-out time 10:30 am.
If you arrive earlier, you can store your baggage at the B&B until your room has been cleaned and is ready.
Conditions of Stay:
We have some standard rules that are designed to ensure that we comply with regulations relating to matters such as fire, health and safety and to enhance the comfort and wellbeing of our guests.
To avoid any damage to the property, We kindly request you not to drink or eat in the bed, nor to smoke in the house. If anyone smokes in the guest room or living room downstairs, an extra cleaning charge of max. DKK 2.000 will be added to Your bill.
Liability:
We will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond Our reasonable control. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to Us or Our property by Your act, omission, default or neglect and You agree to indemnify Us and to pay Us on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss.
